We're here to support you as the nation navigates COVID-19

Dear friends and colleagues,

In light of recent events with the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our team at Lawler Appliance wants to provide an update on the new measures we have put into place. The comfort, health, and safety of our community and workers are our top priority and we are committed to protecting those around us.

COVID-19 is a global humanitarian challenge, and we thank the thousands of healthcare professionals, grocery store workers, and truck drivers, who are heroically battling the virus, while putting their own lives and families at risk during this crisis. Our thoughts are with all those who are impacted, including the most vulnerable population, older adults and/or the immunocompromised. We are taking all the necessary precautions as directed by the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and state of California provided guidelines to help slow the spread of COVID-19, including (but not limited to) social distancing and limiting gatherings to no more than 10 people at a time. We recognize these social distancing and essential business guidelines may grow as time passes and we are committed to proactively following the guidelines as they develop, for the safety of our community and workers.

Like many organizations in California and other states in the United States., our team has shifted to follow "stay at home" (shelter-in-place) precautions until further notice, unless otherwise specified by state or federal regulations. During this time, you may still use our website to schedule appointments for service to suit your essential commercial or residential needs by using our online scheduling tool. Please be aware that your scheduled appointment is contingent on the community, school, workplace guidelines provided by the CDC, and in the event that your appointment time changes, you will be notified, and Lawler Appliance will waive all cancellation fees pertaining to this matter.

For the safety of all workers, our families, and yours, we kindly ask you to cancel your appointment until further notice if any of the following apply to your household:

  • Possible exposure to COVID-19, or Coronavirus

  • Have recently traveled internationally

  • Flu-like or common cold symptoms

  • Fever, cough, shortness of breath

  • Sore throat

We know it's important for our customers to continue to complete their projects seamlessly, and our team is here to support you every step of the way. Many businesses that are considered essential, such as medical offices, grocery stores, and gas stations, etc., may remain open during this time to continue serving the community.
