At Lawler Appliance, we have put together a list of commonly asked questions related to Air Conditioning Cooling and Heating, and Appliance Install and Repair, as often seen in Residential and Commercial Settings:

  1. How do I schedule an appointment?

  2. Is Warranty offered on services done?

    • ​Yes! Our warranty varies depending on the type of work completed, but can vary from 30 days, 90 days, or annual.  

  3. Are you licensed and insured?

    • Yes and yes! Our license number can be found at the bottom of this page. Our technicians are insured and EPA Certified, experienced in HVAC and Appliance Installation, Repair, and Service.​

  4. Are there discounts available?​

    • Yes! We offer Senior Discount, Loyalty Customer Discount, and discount for referring your friends and family to use our service.

  5. Need to cancel or reschedule? Cancellation Policy

    • Please cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment begins. Cancellation is available by following the links in your Confirmation message when you first scheduled the appointment, or by contacting us.

  6. How often should my AC equipment have maintenance?

    • Every 3 months​

  8. My equipment is under warranty from the manufacturer, can Lawler Appliance service it?

    • Yes! Lawler Appliance is an Authorized Repair Company for various manufacturers and brands, including (but not limited to) Magic Chef, Norpole, and E-Wave. Manufacturer's Warranty policy requires the Customer to contact the manufacturer to verify the equipment is under warranty before authorizing House Call/Service.  

  9. My equipment is not under warranty, can Lawler Appliance service it?

    • Yes!​ Our technicians are continuously receiving training on most makes and models in the market. If the item is not under warranty, the customer is responsible for the costs.

  10. How do I make a payment?​​

    • Service completed: When service is completed, the Customer will be e-mailed a direct link to our encrypted payment portal, this step will collect your card information and submit your payment. Please visit My Account for more details.​
