Lawler Appliance Heat & Air is looking to add to our team and hire qualified individuals throughout California technicians with experience in service, repair, and maintenance of appliances, HVAC, and plumbing equipment. Lawler Appliance customers and warranties with repairs and service of refrigerators, stoves, ranges, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals, washers, dryers, heating and air conditioning HVAC equipment, and plumbing as required by setting. We provide state of the art customer service, dedication to completing a job "well done," and are looking to expand our team with technicians who share the same values and are self-motivated to provide quality work to residents throughout the state of California. The ideal candidate will have years of experience in service and repair, and is effective in communicating with clients, customers, consumers, businesses regarding commercial or residential services and solutions.

Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in the service and repair industry as as an appliance repair technician, HVAC technician, or plumbing specialist.
Must be at least 18 years of age
EPA certification
High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
California Driver's License and clean driving records
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Duties and Expectations:
Flexible schedule and ability to work on-call, as needed basis
Travel to work sites to perform work including installation, repair, maintenance work, or other related service
Ability to accurately diagnose, provide appropriate cost estimates, and repair equipment on-site including replacement of parts
Ability to accurately complete invoices
Ability to navigate e-mail and mobile device based technology
Ability to safely move or lift up to 50 to 100 pounds on a repetitive or occasional basis without assistance
Ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances and weather
